BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION

To ensure long-term sustainability of business growth, it is necessary to optimize the business and development project processes in order increase productivity and efficiency and speed make the right business decisions. It is therefore conducted an analysis of business processes and their integration and optimization of the introduction of ICT solutions and training employees to work on these systems.
